Monkey Boy in Training

When we first moved to this house, we did not have a gate at the top of the stairs and Jake quickly learned how to walk along the banister.  We have had a gate up ever since Carson could walk and just took it down this week.  It did not take Carson long to figure out this trick too.  The first picture is Jake at about 17 months and the second is Carson at 23 months.

Jake's 5th Birthday

Jake had 2 parties this year.  This was the first year he had a friends party to go along with his family party.  He chose a pirate theme for the parties. He had a great time as you can see from the pictures and got tons of awesome presents.

Carson has discovered the TV

Carson has never watched the TV much until lately.  He loves The Wiggles.  He also loves to rest his chin on the TV stand and watch.  I probably should make him stand back, but he looked too cute.
